Delivery and Stock Availability

We aim to deliver your goods within 7 days but please allow up to 28 days for delivery just in case (subject to stock availability). In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date. Unfortunately we can not guarantee permanent availability of all items though we always endeavour to do so.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be utterly delighted with your goods. Before being despatched all items are checked for quality, if for any reason they do not meet your approval, please return them within 7 days of your receipt in the original packaging and complete the returns form in your order. We recommend that you return items by registered mail ensuring you have the correct insurance cover when returning valuable items. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note returns postage will not be refunded.

General Information

Prices are valid until April 2008. All prices are correct at time of going to press and include VAT at the standard rate. We reserve the right to change our prices should the VAT rate be changed. Although we've made every effort to show and describe each item accurately, slight variations may occur during printing. Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions and specifications were correct at time of going to press. Some of the products are natural and hand made and may vary slightly from the picture.
